Job Responsibilities
1. Manage advertising workflow, including account setup, campaign planning, targeting configuration, creative upload, and daily performance monitoring across major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads,小紅書, Ads).
2. Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, etc.), generate regular data reports, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign strategies to improve performance.
3. Stay updated on platform policies, and new features of mainstream digital advertising channels; conduct in-depth research to identify new marketing opportunities.
4. Assist in developing budget allocation plans, control advertising costs, and ensure the achievement of business KPIs (e.g., lead generation, sales conversion, brand exposure).
5. Troubleshoot campaign issues (e.g., ad disapproval, traffic fluctuations) and maintain effective communication with platform representatives to resolve problems promptly.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Data Analytics, or related fields.
2. 1-3 years of proven experience in digital advertising campaign management; proficiency in at least major4 digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, 小紅書 preferred).
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
