1. Forget this device: On your iPhone, go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth," tap the "i" icon next to your AirPods, and select "Forget this device" or "Forget this device settings."
2. Place in the charging case: Place the new earbud along with your old earbud into the AirPods charging case. Close the lid and wait 30 seconds.
3. Connect the power cord: Connect the charging case to the charger, close the lid, and charge for at least 30 minutes to allow the earbuds to automatically synchronize.
After completing steps 1-3, open the lid, turn on your phone's Bluetooth, double-tap the flashing indicator light on the charging case until it flashes white, then turn on your phone's Bluetooth and wait for a pop-up window to appear on your screen; tap to pair.
If the white light does not appear, continue charging and repeat the above steps.
Dual earbud pairing method: After receiving both earbuds, forget the previous device settings. Place the earbuds in the case and charge for 15 minutes. Open the lid, press and hold the button on the back or double-tap the flashing indicator light on the charging case to pair.
Charging case pairing method: After receiving the charging case, ignore the previous setup. Place the earbuds inside and charge for 15 minutes. Then open the lid and press and hold the button on the back or tap the flashing indicator light twice to pair.
